Return Policy

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return the scroll back to the North Pole. Refunds are available only within 14 days of receiving the scroll.

No refunds will be given for scrolls with the seal broken. If we receive the scroll back with the seal broken your refund will not be issued.

The shipper is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.
